Ted Kawulok, D.D.S has had his in private practice in Boulder for over twenty- five years. Since that inception, he has developed a highly respected reputation for providing excellence in a broad scope of services for his patients. Dr. Kawulok’s interests include comprehensive dental rehabilitation focusing on cosmetic and reconstructive therapies. This includes cosmetic bonding and veneers (since 1986), aesthetic crowns and bridges, implant prosthetics including smile makeovers for denture wearers, a strong periodontal program including soft tissue management, and endodontics (painless root canal therapy).

Dr. Kawulok has been nearly a life-long resident of Boulder, moving here in 1966. He attended Sacred Heart School, and is a graduate of Boulder High School. Dr. Kawulok attended Northern Arizona University, graduating Cum Laude in Chemistry after 3 years. He played football at the university and was elected to the NAU sports hall of fame in 1998. Dr. Kawulok is a 1983 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dentistry.

Thank you Dr. Kawulok for your recent donation to the Eye Health Institute’s 2011 spring Mission to Jamaica. Your donation was greatly appreciated.

The need for optometric care in Jamaica is tremendous. Less than 20% of the 2.5 million citizens of Jamaica receive an eye examination every 3 years and it is estimated that half of the population has never been examined. Many cases of blindness are caused by cataracts and other conditions that are treatable.

We will continue to build our services and our long term plans include additional equipment, partnering with various optical schools to expand our capacity, and the acquisition of a mobile clinic (a customized van) to reach remote rural areas.
