Here at Whole Family Dentistry, we understand that dental treatment can be a big financial commitment for our patients. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit. We also work with a local bank to help finance your dental financial needs. We deliver high-quality dental care to all of our patients at the most reasonable cost. Payment for treatment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. As a courtesy, if you have dental insurance, we will file your dental claim for you as long as you provide our staff with all of the correct insurance information. Your dental insurance company in turn will pay you directly based on your insurance plan benefits. Please feel free to call Kaydene or Cheryl with any questions at 303-442-8625.

Please remember, you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

What to Expect

We are looking forward to meeting you and building a dental relationship with you.  During your initial call to our office, we will gather your personal information, dental concerns and set up an appointment for you.  At the new patient appointment, the doctor and assistant will meet with you in the consultation room to go over your health & dental history, take your blood pressure and heart rate and hear any dental concerns. They will then walk with you to the treatment room to proceed with any images we may need to take, chart your existing restorations, measure your perio pockets, take a scan of your teeth and note any treatment that provides for your optimal dental health. Our goal is to have your appointment conclude with your questions answered, a treatment plan presented to you if one is needed, and any next appointments scheduled.
